Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
Because our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom furniture orders. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Manufacturing Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem so we can assess and provide a resolution, which may include repairs or replacements.
