We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from receipt of goods and only for items that have not been used or worn. Returned goods should be in their original packaging. All tags, instructions and inserts that were included are to be returned. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non refundable. Exchange/Return Instructions:
Complete the Exchange/Return Form and make sure to include it with the package you are returning.
Failure to do so will delay us in processing your return. Failure to complete this form in its entirety will also delay processing.
Billing & Shipping Information:
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees when making a return or exchange. We strongly recommend using FedEx or UPS for your carrier as they will provide a tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and we do not reimburse shipping expenses.
If you are requesting a refund for a return please provide the credit card information used for the original purchase.
For an Exchange:
Please provide a credit card for new shipping charges incurred to re-ship the new product. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. |
